came here on new year’s eve and had a lovely experience! server was kind and attentive, we ate many baskets of chips with no judgement lol. the chimichangas were crispy and delicious, followed all of our food requests and did not rush us out despite being a holiday! will definitely be returning!
Today's DJ WAS GREAT FOR CINCO DE MAYO THE SERVERS AND BARTENDERS WERE BIEN BUENO HAD A GREAT TIME WITH THE WIFE AND EVERYONE THERE HAVING A GOOD TIME FROM 5 TILL 9 PM THANKS AY PARTY..WEPA
Mexicalli is a great option for a Mexican food restaurant. It has many varieties of food options and good drinks. the restaurant is very beautiful, super cozy, great to go with friends and family, the service is very good, the staff are very attentive, friendly and fast, the food is delicious and the drinks are amazing. I intend to drink the Marguerita, which is delicious. I always eat a different dish but my favorites are “Pescado” and “Dos Amigos”. there is parking in front of the restaurant, spaces for wheelchair users, wheelchair access to the restaurant and the bathrooms are super clean. I highly recommend 10/10. It is worth noting that it is a family environment where whenever I go I see several families with children and groups of friends. You can also order through apps like DoorDash and GrubHub. The restaurant accepts reservations by phone, but whenever I go I get a table without a reservation.
Whomever was cooking today was on point. Portion was perfect and tasted fresh. We sat outside and our drinks were good. The younger dirty blonde waitress was attentive and courteous! Will be back soon. Keep up the great work!

I've always been a fan of great Mexican food and this restaurant has easily secured its spot on my list . The service was excellent, the food came out fast, and even the way I was greeted at the door enhanced the experience. My only regret is that I could only try one dish during my visit, because so many things looked good
I ordered from the Mexicali Cantina Grill “Tres Amigos"Charbroiled skirt steak with marinated grilled chicken breast and shrimp sauteer with mushrooms, onions and peppers. Served with guacamole, rice and beans. The food was excellent and all of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The atmosphere was lively and inviting and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic Mexican dining experience.
